SFCU course: “Business valuation: how to purchase or sell at the right value”

On 9th and 18th April at SFCU – Training Systems Confindustria Umbria – as part of the Orizzonte Project, Mr. Salvatore Santucci, Mr. Massimo Bugatti and Mr. Filippo Riccardi will hold lectures regarding business valuation.

d) Techniques for business valuation: Characteristics and classification of the valuation criteria;
e) Techniques for business valuation: Assets, income and mixed methods;
f) Techniques for business valuation: Financial and empirical methods.

h) The tax variable as a reason to reduce the price compared to the value, in the light of ways of business transfer;
i) Unusual aspects of business valuation for extraordinary financial operations (mergers, demergers, capital contributions, increase in capital);
j) Majority premium and minority penalty in the valuation of holdings.
